Barbara Anne Featherstone (Zeliska) August 14, 1936-November 21, 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, and aunt, Barbara Featherstone at the age of 82. Born in Rivers, MB, mom moved to Winnipeg at the age of three. Mom was always the life of the party and a social butterfly. She was loved by everyone she met. She spoke fondly of her memories of Grand Beach, taking the train up from Winnipeg for the dances in her earlier years and spending many happy times at the cabin with her family and friends throughout her life. Mom had many hobbies but will be deeply missed by the casino staff. She is survived by her son Donald, her son Glen and his wife Cathy, her sister Bernice, her three Grandchildren, Lee-Anne, Graham, and Jenny, as well as her great granddaughter, Elizabeth. She was preceded by her husband Gordon, in 2003, her son Darren, in 1980, her parents Thomas and Marjorie, and her two brothers David and George. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 from 7:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M. at Mosaic Funeral Home, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Wpg. MB. Donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, in lieu of flower arrangements

November 9, 1949 - January 10, 2019
Ernest Gautron November 9, 1949 - January 10, 2019 It is with heavy hearts that we announce Ernest’s passing. After a long journey with cancer he passed away at home peacefully surrounded by family and love. In his last years he enjoyed travelling, going for walks with loved ones, and continued working with his dear clients as long as he could. We lost a loving husband, a proud father and grandfather, a loyal brother, and a great friend. The world lost a good man. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Lise Desrochers, his sons Serge (Karen), Pascal, Alexandre and Ryan Alpers (Emma), and his grand-daughters Lily, Kaya and Dharma. He is also survived by his siblings Monique, Claudette, Avelin, Omer, Aline and Marcelin. Ernest was predeceased by his parents Luc & Denise, and his sister Yvonne. The family is grateful for the excellent care and support received from his entire medical team. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Canada Arts Council.
